Solution Consultant

Location: Remote | Hyderabad, India | Kolkata, India Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days in Office / Work from Home

About the Role

The Solution Consultant is responsible for providing consulting services with the overall objective of designing and implementing software solutions for customers. Working alongside senior team members, this role is instrumental in gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, supporting customer training, and ensuring a seamless transition into production — all while building a strong foundation in Hyland's implementation methodology.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

• Observe and assist senior team members in requirements analysis, gathering information about business processes and technical requirements from key client stakeholders.
• Compose and deliver documentation outlining solution configuration requirements; build and configure the company's application development tools with direct oversight from senior team members.
• Test configured solutions to ensure they function as designed; work collaboratively with team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Compose training materials and conduct training sessions for customers; participate in solution design with oversight from senior team members.
• Develop migration plans with direct oversight from senior team members; migrate configured solutions into production environments and support customers throughout the migration process.
• Transition key information to the technical support team to ensure continued customer success; assist with upgrade planning, execution, and solution demonstrations.

Role Essentials

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of scripting, system architecture, or relational databases.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to speak and write with ease, clarity, and impact for varied audiences and subjects.
• Ability to thoroughly investigate situations or issues to gather relevant information; adept at asking probing questions to obtain quality information.
• Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner, with demonstrated sound judgment and the ability to appropriately escalate issues for guidance.

• Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30% annually, with the understanding that unique customer circumstances may require additional travel.
